The Siletz Tribal Health Care Program is the delivery of comprehensive health care to the Siletz Indian People and their dependants residing within the eleven county service area of Western Oregon. Services are provided through a combination of direct care, contracts and referral to appropriate agencies.

Health and Wellness

The Clinic has available the services of a Health Educator and Dietitian who work with various groups and organizations within the community, providing a host of services. Many of these programs do not need clinic eligibility to participate. Call the clinic if you have questions.

The Clinic offers a wide variety of programs and services to assist in everyday health and wellness. A few of the programs available are listed below. For more information contact the Clinic.

Immunizations are available to patients of all ages. Adults are encouraged to get annual flu shots and they are available for community members at cost.

Family Education:
Pregnancy and parenting education classes are available. Individual appointments are available as well as various classes.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC):
Nutritional education and food voucher program for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children through age five. Certification appointments are made through the Lincoln County Health Department (541) 265-4112, for appointments at the Siletz Community Health Clinic. This is available to ALL community members.

Smoking Cessation:
Classes to support people stopping smoking. Available to ALL community members.
