💪 4 treadmills

💪 3 elliptical machines

💪 4 stationary bikes

💪 2 abs machines, hip adduction/abduction

💪 Nautilus that provides multi-use, free weights, dumb bells up to 100lbs, and pull up bar

💪 Dip machine that allows you to do pull ups and dip downs with less resistance

🏃 Open Gym at Recreation Center

 

Tillicum Fitness Center Hours

          Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 10:00pm

          Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm

          Sunday from 2:00pm to 8:00pm

 

Recreation Center Hours

Open gym on Tuesdays and Sundays from 8:00pm to 10pm
