Healthcare

The Siletz Tribal Health Care Program is the delivery of comprehensive health care to the Siletz Indian People and their dependants residing within the eleven county service area of Western Oregon. Services are provided through a combination of direct care, contracts and referral to appropriate agencies.

Medical Services

We are here to provide comprehensive family practice, outpatient medical services to federally recognized Native Americans and other eligible clients.

Appointments are available for diagnosis, treatment, child care, immunizations, family planning (birth control), minor surgical procedures and preventative care.

All visits are by appointment only, but when possible, we will try to see patients with urgent needs the same day.

We also offer Laboratory Services and Radiology Services.
