Pharmacy

Medications prescribed by clinic providers can be filled at the clinic pharmacy if it is on the pharmacy formulary. The pharmacy also operates a prescription refill line, which can be reached by calling (541) 444-9624. When calling the refill line, patients are asked to leave the name, including spelling, the medication needed and telephone number where they can be reached.

Because the provider may not be available immediately to approve the refill, please allow three working days (72 hours) before you come to pick up your medications. Please allow 7-10 days for mail order deliveries.

Some non-prescriptions medications, such as cough medicine, are available to Native American patients at the pharmacy and do not require provider approval. Please check with the pharmacy staff to see what is available.

The pharmacy staff is willing to answer your questions or concerns regarding your medication. Please feel free to talk to any of the staff at any time.
