Siletz Tribal Housing Department's Mission Statement
With funds provided by the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act and other resources, the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) will continue the operation of a housing program whose overall mission will be to ensure that low income Siletz Tribal Members have the opportunity to obtain housing that meets his/her needs, is affordable, and provides a safe, healthy living environment.
Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program)The applicant must meet the following requirements:
• The applicant, or a child residing in the household, must be an enrolled Siletz tribal member.
• The residence must be located within the 11 county service area.
• The applicant must meet the annual income guidelines established in the benefit matrix, as abbreviated below:

5 $38,685.00-$47,053.00
The LIHEAP opens on October 1st for Siletz Tribal Elders and disabled Siletz tribal members and on November 1st for other Siletz tribal households.
