Responsibilities:
The program manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of programs and services to fulfill Tribal goals and purposes for childcare, culture, education, pow-wow and education services.

Childcare Assistance
Childcare Assistance
CTSI Childcare Assistance Program provides assistance with childcare expenses for Tribal Children, with families who are working, attending school, in training programs, or involved in wellness or betterment activities
The following requirements must be met to qualifiy for assistance
- Children must be enrolled Tribal members
- Children must be under the age of 13 years
- Children must be living within the Tribe's 11 county service area
- Parent(s) must be engaged in a qualifying activity
- Income must be below 85% of the State of Oregon's Grand Median Income Level
Assistance is based upon the income level of the family and is on a sliding scale.
