Social Services
The Social Services Department, Programs I, is made up of five Programs that relate to Human Services.
Each Program has lead staff and support staff that have Federal and Tribal regulations to follow.
Come on in and make your favorite recipe and use our foods and you can get either a $25 gift card for Fred Meyer or maybe we will hook you up with some of our new grocery bags and a water bottle.
This recipe was our 6th place finisher in the recipe contest. It was submitted by Pamela Barlow-Lind from the CTSI Planning Department.
Sweet Italian sausage & cabbage
Package of sweet Italian sausages; microwave 3-4 minutes; put in big pot with a little oil. Saute until browned. Turn heat down to simmer.
Chop and rinse a cabbage*. Put still wet cabbage into big pot & cover. There's enough water left to steam it done in about 15 minutes. The trick is to leave it alone to steam, then stir it all up when the cabbage is tender and the juice is ready to flavor everything.
Guys like this.
It might be possible with the hamburger; I'd try meatball size chunks cooked with onion* & seasoned. Probably good, just really good with the sausages.

Please make it to your scheduled appointments. If you are a walk-in client, please remember to bring all documents necessary to be certified. You will need:
• 1 FULL MONTH of income verification (per capita and child support are reportable income),
• Verification of childcare paid out,
• Tribal Id or CIB, SS cards or numbers for all household members, and if you live with someone not on the application, we will need a statement from them regarding your living arrangements.
• Picture Id for all adult household members.

Salem Warehouse
Located at 3160 Blossom Drive NE, Suite 185, Keizer, OR. Distribution dates at the Salem site are generally set for the 3rd full week of the month unless otherwise noted.

Siletz warehouse
Located at 815 Logsden Rd., Siletz, OR. Distribution at the Siletz site happens the first week of each month. Staff can take walk-ins, however, remember that staff are at the Salem site for distribution the 3rd full week of each month.
