Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Siletz Tribal Human Resources Department to obtain, develop and train the most important resource the Tribe has – human resources. This department will provide service to Tribal programs and employment applicants in an efficient, respectful and helpful manner. It will assist employees with skill development to ensure quality services to Tribal members and personal growth of Tribal employees.






NOTE: All applications must be mailed, faxed, or dropped off. Emailed applications are not be accepted at this time.

Completed applications must be received by 4:30pm on the closing date.

Incomplete applications, copied application, late applications or resumes will be returned.

CTSI requires a Tribal Application be completed, Resumes are not accepted.

Applications are kept on file for six months. You must submit a new application for each position you want to apply for.

Siletz Tribal Arts and Heritage Society (STAHS)

The Position - The Siletz Tribal Arts and Heritage Society (STAHS) is seeking a qualified Executive Director to lead the organization during a vital growth period. STAHS is currently engaged in major fundraising for the construction of a museum and cultural center on the Siletz reservation in Siletz, Oregon. A strong Executive Director is needed to work in conjunction with the Board of Directors and Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians (CTSI) staff to oversee these efforts. This position reports directly to the Board of Directors .Practicalities - This is a limited duration exempt position 2-3 year, with benefits. Salary $65,000, DOE; Reports to the Siletz Tribal Arts and Heritage Board of Directors-Chairperson; Incumbent uses independent judgment to carry out functions to meet stated requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum of 5 years of nonprofit experience managing and growing a budget in the minimum range of 2 million to 4 million dollars; Capital campaign leadership experience (1-2 years required); proven track-record of closing six figure gifts; Experience with donor database, data entry and reporting; DonorPerfect preferred.
