Introduction:
This position is responsible for the assistance with administration of the Fleet department and Property and Procurement Departments.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and six months of clerical experience - OR - successful completion of WEX program in related field. Knowledge of: Basic skills for Excel, Word, and Access, preferred. Ability to: Learn inventory procedures or purchasing procedures. Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people. Other: Must possess a valid Oregon State driver's license, insurance and be eligible to drive a GSA vehicle.

Duties:
Maintain good public relations with wholesale/retail outlet personnel. Distribute supplies/materials for the Tribal programs. Process in assisting with receipts, issuance, warehousing and review and process invoices. Searches inventory records or warehouse to determine if a material in on hand is in sufficient quantity. Assistant with maintaining inventory for promotional items. Complete vehicle check-in and checkout procedures. Drive vehicles to repair shop. Clean out vehicles to include vacuuming and washing as needed. Notify Tribal Fleet Person(s) of service/repair work requested by GSA or drivers. Contact vendors for service or appointments. Maintain vehicles inventory. Prepare and processes check requests and purchase orders. Assist with entry of log(s) in computer as requested. Monitor and replenish supply inventory. Maintain filing system. Ensure files are complete and updated as necessary. Assist with disposing of excess property. Other duties are assigned.

All new employees will serve a six-month probationary period to enable the General Manger to determine their suitability as a tribal employee. After the six-month probation the employee will be evaluated of his/her performance and at that time it will be decided if the employee is entitled to a regular employee status.

Conditions of Employment:
