In the interest of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission will protect the honesty, integrity, security and fairness of gaming operations under its jurisdiction. Direct reporting is an independent means of communicating any possible violations to the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission in a manner that assures confidentiality unless specifically provided otherwise. The Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission shall assure compliance at Chinook Winds Casino Resort with all relevant laws, compact, ordinance, regulations, internal controls, and policies and procedures in a manner that authorizes direct reporting of possible violations to the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission by specifically identified individuals in a written complaint or other manner that is deemed sufficient by the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission.
Direct reporting is a vital component of the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
