Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission Mission Statement
In the interest of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission will protect the honesty, integrity, security and fairness of gaming operations under its jurisdiction. The Commission will strive towards regulatory excellence by utilizing superior teamwork and objectivity.

Hearings and Appeals
There is a separate office within the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission entitled the Office of Hearings and Appeals. The Office of Hearings and Appeals is composed of two (2) hearings officers, who are hired by the Tribal Council and serve three-year staggered terms. The Hearings Officer's appoint a Chairman among themselves each year after appointment or renewal of a new Hearings Officer.
