The Executive Director is responsible for enforcing and complying with all relevant laws, Tribal/State Compact, regulations, ordinances, charter, internal controls, policies and procedures in order to maintain the honesty, integrity, fairness, and security of the gaming operation. The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day regulatory and administrative functions of the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission, is the primary contact person for communication of information between the Hearings and Appeals Officers, Gaming Commission staff, maintains internal and external governmental and public relations, and ensures the Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission fulfills its legal responsibilities and duties under National Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, relevant Federal and Tribal law, Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission Regulations, and the Tribal/State Compact.

The Licensing Agent is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of gaming licenses for Chinook Winds Casino Resort employees and vendors; oversees the maintenance of records involved in the licensing process; reviews all vendor and employee applications to ensure the licensing criteria has been met according to applicable laws; determines suitability for a temporary/permanent gaming/vendor license; makes decisions on licensing actions; ensures all positions at Chinook Winds Casino Resort are classified according to security level; ensures applicable reports are completed and forwarded to the National Indian Gaming Commission and the Oregon State Police Tribal Gaming Section. The Licensing Agent is the primary contact person for the Licensing Department and responsible for supervision of the licensing staff.

The Compliance Agent is responsible for inspecting all gaming conducted by the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, and enforcing rules and regulations as authorized under the National Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, National Indian Gaming Commission, and the Tribal/State Compact. The Compliance Agent is responsible for performing audits at Chinook Winds Casino Resort. The Compliance Department maintains a working relationship with the Oregon State Police Tribal Gaming Section. The Compliance Agent is the primary contact person for the Compliance Department and responsible for supervision of the compliance staff

The Surveillance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Chinook Winds' surveillance operations. The Manager directs observation of gaming operations and money handling areas to ensure the assets of Chinook Winds Casino Resort are protected. The Surveillance Manager ensures the Surveillance Department and Chinook Winds operations are in compliance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort policies and procedures, National Indian Gaming Commission, Tribal/State Compact and Siletz Tribal Gaming Commission Regulations. The Surveillance Manager is the primary contact person for the Surveillance Department and responsible for supervision of the surveillance staff
