This position provides custodial services, onsite monitoring and opening/closing services to the comfort station daily.  Actual onsite hours will depend on need.

High School diploma or GED.  Knowledge of: Cleaning restrooms, showers and facility. Ability to: Open and close the comfort station 7-days per week. Perform the work of the position with minimal supervision. Following cleaning instructions per product guidelines.  Other: Must be reliable and dependable. Must possess a valid Oregon State driver’s license, insurance and be eligible to drive a GSA vehicle.

Open and close the laundry and restroom facilities daily. Clean the laundry and restroom facilities daily. Clean the shower facility daily (if used). Provide onsite monitoring of facility during open hours.

All new employees will serve a six-month probationary period to enable the General Manger to determine their suitability as a tribal employee. After the six-month probation the employee will be evaluated of his/her performance and at that time, it will be, decided if the employee is entitled to a regular employee status.

Conditions of Employment
