October COVID-19 Clinics

Vaccine clinics will be on Friday, October 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. COVID-19 vaccines are available for anyone aged 6 months and older. Open to the community- no appointment necessary. Click Learn More to see what will be offered.

Our Siletz Community Health Clinic services CTSI tribal, other Federally Recognized tribal, and community members.   CTSI and Federally Recognized tribal members may receive most SCHC services at no cost after insurance.  Non-Federally Recognized tribal and Non-tribal members are responsible for the cost of services not covered by insurance.
