Who We Serve

  • Siletz Tribal Members
  • Family members of Siletz Tribal Members
  • Native Americans who are enrolled in other Tribes
  • Tribal employees referred through the Employee Assistance Program
  • Other individuals at the discretion of the Behavioral Health Administrator and staffing availability

Substance Use Treatment

Substance Use Treatment provides outpatient services to treat addiction in a culturally relevant way.

Prevention Program

The prevention program follows four healing principles to strengthen ourselves and communities.

CEDARR

The CEDARR Task Force addresses drug related issues in the community and meets monthly to establish and work on goals.

Mental Health Services

Mental Health Services are available in Siletz, Portland, Salem, and Eugene.

Transitional Living Centers

Sober living for those who have sucessfully completed treatment services.
